Salted Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies
Low FODMAP serve
What you'll need
2 cups (280g) Lo-Fo Pantry All Purpose/Plain Flour
1 cup (240g) caster sugar
⅔ cup (100g) salted butter, chopped
¼ cup (40g) dark chocolate chunks
2 tablespoon (40g) peanut butter
1 XL (55g) eggs
to taste sea salt
Preheat fan-forced oven to 180°C (350°F).
Combine all ingredients, except egg, and mix to form a dough.
Once the dough is combined, add the egg and mix.
Arrange cookies (50g balls) on baking tray, pressing down slightly, then sprinkle sea salt on top to taste.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
