2 teaspoon (9g) dry yeast
1 teaspoon (7g) salt
1 tablespoon (20g) caster sugar
¼ cup (60g) Olive Oil

Add the yeast mixture and oil into the well and stir until a dough is formed
Lightly flour a work surface and transfer dough onto the surface, knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Lightly grease a small bowl with oil, transfer the dough into the bowl roll so that the doughs surface is covered with oil.
Set aside and cover with tea towel, allow to rest for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
Preheat fan-forced oven to 180°C (350°F).
Transfer the dough back onto the work surface and knead dough to form a long cylinder.
Divide dough into 2 pieces, use a rolling pin to form discs (20cm), then add your favourite Low FODMAP toppings.
