Low FODMAP serve
A little bit of chocolate plus some flour and a sprinkle of sugar. That’s all you really need to make this warm and gooey Chocolate Pudding.
What you'll need
½ cup Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour
150g salted butter
½ cup cacao
1 ½ cups caster sugar
Preheat the oven to 160C and grease an oven-safe skillet.
In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter.
Add the eggs and sugar and whisk to combine.
Sift in the flour and cacao and stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
Pour the batter into the skillet, smooth with a spatula and bake for 25 minutes or until the top is crackly and the inside is not quite set.
